2022
- Baessler Homes, LLC becomes Baessler Homes, PBC - a Public Benefit Company.
- Baessler Homes moved into the new headquarters.

- The average home was 1,600 sq ft with a 2-car garage and sold for $300,000
2019
- Introduced new no-basement series of homes and townhomes to the marketplace. (Dream & Freedom Series)

- Improved Purpose & Vision. Created Mission & Values.
2017
- Baessler Development is created & begins developing its first community in Ault, CO.
- Complete restructuring of companies.

- GRASP (God’s Resources Actively Share Purposefully) was founded to financially partner with Gospel-sharing ministries around the world.
2012
- Jamie & Sarah Baessler took over stewardship from Ted Baessler.
2011
- Baessler Homes begins transitioning from a custom home builder to a production home builder.
- Baessler Homes reached 2,000 homes built since 1968.
2010
- The average home was 1,600 sq ft with a 2-car garage and sold for $200,000.

- Re-branding of Baessler Construction Company, Inc. to Baessler Homes.

- In loving memory, Sheila Baessler - July 13th, 1951 - May 15th, 1996.

- Baessler Roybal Construction became Baessler Construction Company an was owned by Ted & Sheila Baessler.
1970

- Baessler Roybal Construction was founded by Ted & Sheila Baessler and Fidel Roybal.

I appreciate the walk through along with the explanation of everything in the house. This included information on how to run appliances, maintenance on the furnace etc... When issued have come up things where taken care of quickly...
