Rules & Regulations

You must be a Baessler Homes Homebuyer/Owner to receive referral rewards.
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
The referring party must fill out the online referral form ON or PRIOR TO their friend/family member’s signing contract.
Notification of the referring party must be given by the referred buyer or the referring party to Baessler Homes prior to the referred buyer signing a Baessler Homes contract.
The name of the referring party must be included in the “Referred by” section of the new home contract.
There is no limit to the number of Referral Rewards that can be earned by a Baessler Homes homeowner.
A $250 referral check will be awarded to the referring party within 30 days of the settlement of the referred buyer's new Baessler home.
Only one referral person per new home purchase is allowed.
The Friends and Family program is only applicable to 2nd party referrals. You cannot refer yourself or another member of your own household.
Real Estate Professionals/Realtors are not eligible for Friends & Family referral bonuses on homes where they are the buyer agent.
Not applicable to Baessler Homes Team Members.
Baessler Homes reserves the right to retract this offer at any time should any information provided by either party prove to be false or misleading. This program is at the sole discretion of Baessler Homes and may be eliminated or changed without notice.
