We ask that you provide a government ID or a credit card number so that we may verify your identity before scheduling a tour. You will not be charged for touring a home and we do not retain your information after your identity has been verified.

If you’re having trouble accessing any home during your scheduled appointment time, please reach out to the contact person listed on the confirmation email you received. You may also contact our Online Sales Specialist directly at 970-347-8979

Your unique entry code will last 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the length of time you scheduled your tour. You’re free to come and go within that time, but before or after that scheduled time frame, your code will not work. 

It’s easy! Go through the booking process for each home you’d like to see. For example, if you’d like to tour the model home and there’s a Quick-Delivery home in the neighborhood as well, you would just book a self-guided tour of each around consecutive times. 

Of course! We understand that the new home journey is often not done alone! We encourage you to bring family or friends, but do ask that they be 18 years of age, and limit the number to 6 people or less.

The front door will automatically lock itself within 2 minutes, so there is no need to lock the door. But please ensure the door completely closes behind you when you enter and leave the home. 

No, each tour is private and self-guided. However, you will be provided with contact information to reach our sales team should you have questions or want to schedule an appointment to discuss next steps.
