The Homeowner Services (HOS) Department is a key component in fulfilling that trust as Homebuyers transition into the warranty program as Homeowners. To that end, the Homeowner Services Department lives out the following Mission Statement:

We bring together the bond between quality personalized homes, top-notch Trade Partners, and happy Homeowners by striving for consistently high standards of service and commitment.

Warranty Coverage

As a demonstration of our commitment and transparency, Homeowner Services provides a centralized primary resource document for all our Homebuyers and Homeowners. The Homeowner Services Manual is available for download by logging in to your Homeowner Portal here.

The material in the HOS Manual includes valuable information such as the warranties provided to each Homeowner, the Homeowner Services (Warranty Program) Process, performance expectations, maintenance checklists, Homeowner responsibilities, etc.
