Baessler Homes Introduces: BH Impact

We are thrilled to announce the launch of BH Impact, a dedicated outreach initiative within our company.

At Baessler Homes our Mission is “Through love and service to all, we will steward our resources to maximize our impact on God’s Kingdom, in a culture that encourages growth of each team member’s God given talents.”

With the belief of stewarding our resources, we dedicate to donating 15% of profits each year and providing our team with opportunities to volunteer and truly make an impact on the world around us. We believe in the power of generosity and do so by being generous with our acronym of L.I.F.E. - Labor, Influence, Finances, and Expertise. BH Impact is our vehicle for translating these beliefs into action.

BH Impact will coordinate volunteer opportunities for our team. Actively engaging with local initiatives, contributing our time and skills to make a tangible difference in the lives of others. Whether it's building homes, supporting education, animal shelters, or participating in a variety of community service projects, our volunteers are dedicated to creating positive change.

In addition to volunteering, BH Impact is committed to organizing mission trips that take our team members to regions where their efforts are needed the most. These mission trips provide a unique opportunity for our team to connect with communities on a deeper level, fostering understanding and empathy of our world at large while, addressing specific needs. This March, our mission trip will be to Guatemala to serve the House of Hope. 

Another integral aspect of BH Impact is our commitment to providing grants and donations to organizations and causes aligned with our mission. By strategically allocating funds, we aim to support initiatives that bring about change and improve the well-being of individuals and communities around the world.
