Baessler Homes Embarks on a New Chapter through Employee Ownership  

[Greeley, CO 10/13/2023] — Baessler Homes, a prominent leader in the Northern Colorado homebuilding industry, announced a significant milestone in its 55-year history. The company has transitioned from a privately owned family company into a 100% employee-owned company through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).  

The decision to become an ESOP company demonstrates the commitment of its previous owners, Jamie and Sarah Baessler, in living out the Company mission “to love and serve all…” by caring for the team and being a blessing to the community. This transition allows all team members to become employee owners sharing the company's continued growth & success. 

The ESOP model is designed to reward team members as owners and further enhance the company culture. This transition has been in the works for more than a year with meticulous planning and careful consideration from the Leadership Team at Baessler Homes. Company leadership will continue with Jamie Baessler as CEO, Tanya Smith as CFO, and Steve Bricker as President of Home Building.
