Meet Michael Harwerth, one of our Assistant Construction Managers. Michael recently joined Baessler in 2023, and is lucky enough to work with his fiancee, Emily Spada. When he's not out in the field, you can often find him competing in fitness competitions or swing dancing (where he and Emily met).
