The 2015 Northern Colorado Home Builders Association Parade of homes is upon us. This will be an outstanding collection of Northern Colorado homes in a wide range of prices to meet any buyer’s needs. The Parade of Homes is a scatter site parade, with the homes in the show located in several communities from Ft. Collins to Platteville. The Baessler Homes entry is our brand new Model Home located at 522 N. 78^th Ave, Greeley, CO. If you haven’t had the opportunity to view this amazing home, this is a perfect time. While visiting our home, you can pick up a Parade Magazine, a guide to all the homes in the Parade of Homes. Parade attendees have the opportunity to vote for their favorite show home and are automatically entered to win the viewers grand prize. The Peoples Choice Award is the most coveted award of the NOCO HBA Parade of Homes. The Parade of Homes is September 11, 12,13 and September 18,19,20. The hours of operation are 10A-5P all days.
