We’re bringing three brand-new floor plans to our Granary community in Johnstown, Colorado, including two ranch-style homes and one two-story design. Each is thoughtfully designed with more space, better functionality, and your everyday lifestyle in mind.

Let's start with the garage.

Imagine getting the keys to your brand-new home, only to find out your truck doesn't fit in the garage.
Frustrating? To say the least.

That's why each of our three new floor plans will come standard with a 24-foot-deep garage.

Because you shouldn't have to park your truck diagonally, squeeze out of your driver's door, or worse… park on the street.

Your garage should actually fit what you drive. What a concept. 

A home designed for living in it. 

You talked. We listened. And honestly? We agreed. Our great rooms felt a little cozy… and not in a good way.

That's why we designed our three new floor plans to be at least 10% larger than our largest existing floor plan, with more functional space to live, relax, and gather. 

Did we forget about the dining room?

Not a chance! Your feedback reminded us just how important hosting and gathering can be. Whether it's holiday dinners, game nights, or everyday meals with family, we wanted to make room for it all.

That's why each new floor plan includes an intentional dining space designed to bring people together.

Last but certainly not least, the pantry.

Each of our new floor plans will feature a walk-in pantry! Because let's face it, you can never have too much storage. From your favorite snacks to bulky kitchen appliances and everything in between, we've made room for it all.

A Bedroom That Actually Fits Your King-Size Mattress.

Because your bed shouldn't take up the entire room.

We've added 10–20 square feet to each bedroom compared to our previous plans. That means more room for your king-size mattress, a dresser, nightstands, and space to personalize. 

And let's talk about the owner's suite.

We've given the owner's suite approximately 50 additional square feet! More room to unwind, get comfortable, and make the space truly yours. 

And what's an owner's suite without its better half — the ensuite?

Two words: Private. Toilet.
