Conestoga Community Park and Town Hall Dedication

One of Baessler Homes core values is the intense desire to be a blessing to our community. This coming Friday, August 6th at 3:00 p.m. the Baessler Homes team will join the Conestoga Developers Company, LLC in a ribbon cutting that will support new infrastructure for the Ault community. This local development company is donating nearly five acres of land to the town of Ault to build a new Town Hall and park just west of the downtown to enhance community life for future and current residents. 

Baessler Homes has worked closely with Conestoga Developers Company, LLC to provide residential and commercial value to the Ault community for the past four years. Most notably, the two companies played an integral part in the development and construction of Conestoga, a new subdivision in Ault that will provide over 400 single and multi-family homes. 

The new Conestoga Park features a variety of walking trails, picnic tables and a state-of-the-art playground. The new Town Hall, projected to break ground in 2022, will be located within walking distance from the park in the heart of Conestoga's emerging commercial area.

"The town of Ault has been extremely supportive in our dream to builder a better community for the next generation, and we are incredibly grateful for their collaboration in the development and building processes that helped to ensure Conestoga's success."

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be open to the public on Friday, August 6th at 3:00 p.m. to celebrate Conestoga Park's grand opening.
