The health, safety, and overall wellbeing of each prospective Homebuyer, current Homebuyer, Team Member, and Trade Partner is our top priority. With that in mind, we have multiple ways for Baessler Homes to make the home buying process easier on you and fit your shopping needs!
- If you'd like to see us in person, OUR MODEL HOMES ARE OPEN!
Out of an abundance of caution, we have taken the following steps beyond our usual high standards to provide the safest and cleanest environment we can.
- We are limiting the number of people touring the models at one time.
- Model Homes and Sales Offices will be cleaned after every visit to ensure extra cleanliness and sanitation.
- We will be greeting you with a friendly wave rather than a handshake and practicing social distancing.
- We kindly ask that parties include no more than 4 people for all sales and homebuyer appointments and model tours.
- We have disposable face masks available, should you wish to wear one.
- We offer virtual appointments

With galleries of photos, videos, and 3D virtual tours you can shop for your new home from the comfort of your couch!
- Virtual Documents
All of our brochures, informational flyers, contracts, and addendums are available as paper copies or digital files. You can even have a virtual presentation of your contract and sign via DocuSign. Whichever version you prefer, we are here to accommodate you best we can!
