The only choice you have to make now is which of our home plans you want to customize for your needs: THE FLORENCE: With four levels and 2,237 total square feet, this home plan is perfect for all your needs. You have the option to finish two, three, or all four levels to suit your budget. One of our most popular homes in the Renaissance Series, the Florence has three bedrooms and two baths. THE CARRERA: Custom touches and upgrades throughout this 1,737 square foot home plan include expansive windows, modern hardware and fixture selections, an oversized garage with 8-foot bay door, and more. The largest ranch home in our Livorno family of plans, the Carrera has more than enough room for your growing family. THE PIONEER: This roomy home plan has 4,090 total square feet, 2,118 square feet of which is finished. With sensible design and style, the Pioneer is an outstanding value in today's custom home market. Three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a three-car garage round out the basics of this house that is anything but basic. THE MINER: Love to host elegant gatherings? The Miner could be for you! The butlery, located between the kitchen and the formal dining room, is sure to be appreciated the next time you host guests. The lower level offers a bar area, game and family rooms, and an optional safe room. THE SETTLER: Of course, we couldn't leave the Settler off this list!
