ABOUT: Part of the Renaissance Series, the Carrera plan is the largest ranch home in our Livorno style of plans. The Carrera features three bedrooms, two baths, and 1,737 square feet. IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS: This new ranch-style plan features upgrades and custom touches throughout, including expansive windows, modern hardware and fixture selections, Frigidaire appliances, covered rear patio, and an oversized garage with an 8-foot bay door. STRUCTURAL FEATURES: The Carrera includes a light fixture in every room, as well as vaulted or tray ceilings in the Great Room and Master Bedroom. The Carrera also offers alternate exterior elevations to choose from, wood capped stair walls, an exterior perimeter drain system, and more. LOCATIONS: The Carrera plan is available in a variety of communities. The plan can also be built on your own land, or we can help you find the perfect lot. We currently build within 60 miles of Greeley, CO, but are always open to new opportunities.
