Home Plan of the Month: The Ortebello

OVERVIEW: The Ortebello plan is part of our Renaissance Series of home plans here at Baessler. With 1,879 total square feet, this one-story home holds three bedrooms and two baths. An open-style ranch home, the Ortebello has a custom feel due to the meticulous details that go into its creation. Vaulted and tray ceilings, a covered front porch and rear patio, gourmet kitchen with Frigidaire appliances, Alder cabinetry with crown molding and light rail, and an oversized garage are just a few of the details that make this house a home. INTERIOR FINISH: With the Renaissance Series Eco Finish Package, the Ortebello gains even more features. High definition laminate countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms are just the beginning. Frigidaire appliances include an above the range microwave, smooth top electric range, five cycle dishwasher, pullout kitchen sink faucet, 8" deep 20 gauge stainless steel kitchen sink, and a 1/3 horsepower disposal. Hardware is included on all kitchen cabinetry and Kichler pendant lights are featured over the kitchen island or peninsula countertop. STRUCTURAL FEATURES: The Ortebello includes a light fixture in every room as well as fully cased closet door openings. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry and all stairways are finished to the lower level. A fully integrated smoke alarm system with carbon monoxide detection will help keep you safe in your home. CUSTOMER COMFORT: Here at Baessler, we take pride in great customer service. We provide a variety of customer comfort features designed to make the building process as hassle-free as possible. For example, if you use the builder's preferred lender, the seller will pay $3,000 of your closing costs. Other customer comfort features include two hours with our professional designer, customer concierge services that provide seamless communication during the home building process, a one year new home warranty, and a home orientation prior to closing. AVAILABLE LOCATIONS: The Ortebello can be built in a variety of locations, including the "Build Somewhere Else" option. Burke Community is north of Ault and is a great place to settle down if you're looking for some acreage. Eagle Ridge/Homestead Heights is located in Greeley and offers a mature neighborhood feel with new construction opportunities.
