Baessler Homes is ecstatic to announce the arrival of a new Model Home. Two things make this an exciting time for us. The new Model Home will be located in one of our new communities, Vintage Villas and it is the premiere of one of our new home designs, The Prato!
The The Prato is a brand new design from the Baessler Team. This stunning ranch home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a total 1,319 square feet of living space. With a unique side entrance, the open ranch style home sets the tone for comfortable family living. The unfinished basement has 900 square feet of optional space to complete the design allowing for an additional bedroom, bathroom and oversized family room. The home boasts 2,496 total square feet including a large storage area in the basement.
All new Homebuyers with Baessler Homes share an exclusive concierge service during the building of their brand new home starting with a Dig Ceremony. The Baessler Team was on hand December 14th to participate in the celebration of our new community with a ribbon cutting and dig ceremony.
