Premier of our brand new home design, The Prato!

The Design Innovation team has been busy here at Baessler Homes! We are excited to announce the arrival of our latest home model, the Prato. Part of our Renaissance Series, the Prato lives up to our reputation for quality, well built homes.
This stunning ranch home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a total 1,319 square feet of living space. With a unique side entrance, the open ranch style home sets the tone for comfortable family living. The unfinished basement has 900 square feet of optional space to complete, allowing for an additional bedroom, bathroom and oversized family room. The home boasts 2,496 total square feet including the large storage area in the basement.
During the building of a brand new home, all of our home buyers take part in our exclusive concierge service starting with a Dig Ceremony. Our Team Members were on hand December 14th to participate in the celebration of our new community with a ribbon cutting and dig ceremony.
