The Cottages at Dakota Glen- Loveland

What a great event we had last week! Thank you to all of our VIP members who made it out to The Cottages at Dakota Glen VIP Preview Event. At this event, VIP members were able to view three brand new home plans and the Dakota Glen community map for the very first time. The Ponderosa, The Aspen, and The Cottonwood are low maintenance paired homes that come standard with granite counter tops in the kitchen, tile in the master shower, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floor, and much more.

The Cottages at Dakota Glen are nestled in southwest Loveland and surrounded by spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains, all while within minutes of downtown Loveland. We continue to be overwhelmed by the interest in our newest community, Dakota Glen! We had a great crowd come out to our VIP Preview Event eager to be the first to learn about the brand new home plans, homesites, included features, and more! Dakota Glen’s Grand Release is September 8th! On this day The Cottages will go on sale to the public, and you will be able to reserve your new homesite.
