Baessler Night of Giving: Grab Your Boots, We're Giving Back

Friday evening was filled with more than laughs and a room full of cowboy hats, as it marked our 2nd annual Baessler Night of Giving. In light of the first anniversary of launching BH Impact, team members and their partners donned their finest western attire to give back to three of the admirable non-profits that BH Impact has worked with over the past year. 

Meet Our Non-Profits

The Resource Center - over the past year, our partnership has revealed their unwavering commitment to supporting women in Northern Colorado. They focus on delivering essential resources to women and families, empowering them with the necessary tools to lead fulfilling lives. Jobs of Hope - this program helps redesign the path of formerly incarcerated men. Through case management, life skills training, assistance with employment, and education, they help them create a new life for themselves. Life Stories, Child & Family Advocacy - real-life superheroes who spend each day ensuring that all children live free of abuse. Through three different programs, specialists, and committed volunteers, they stand by each child, providing advocacy, care, and guidance toward a brighter future. BH Impact is continually inspired by their incredible efforts and recognizes their vital role in our community. We began the night by getting to hear from each organization, their teams, and what impact they make on our community. As part of the night's purpose (personally, our favorite), each individual had the opportunity to help — $1,000 was donated from each team member and $500 from each plus one to the non-profit of their choice. In total, $46,000 was donated. Read more about last year's BNG. 

As a 100% employee-owned company, every team member has the opportunity to give back to their community. In the past year, through BH Impact, our team has served on 1 mission trip, spent 470 hours volunteering, supported 54 organizations, and has given a total of $732,342. 

As we reflect on our first year of growing BH Impact, we not only feel incredibly honored to be a light to our community but gain that much more appreciation for each one of the non-profits that we get to partner with. As Life Stories said, "We don't aim to serve more children, but we do aim to have more friends." Without our friends and each one of you, we wouldn't be able to put those donations into action.
