Wiggins has a special place in our hearts. The Baessler family has its roots here in this close-knit community of friendly people. We’re excited to share this small town with more and more people as we continue to build our signature style of finely crafted homes. Our Kiowa Park community is bringing new homes to Wiggins for the first time in more than 30 years, reflecting the growing interest in moving here.

Located on the farthest eastern plains of Colorado, Wiggins has distant views of the mountains and brings you to a country lifestyle that offers open spaces and all that comes with it. Still, you’re right off I-76, so you can take a direct route to Denver and Greeley in about 45 minutes or so. Wiggins has all the amenities for day-to-day living with locally-owned shops and eateries, but if you want more, Fort Morgan is a quick drive from home.
