Baessler Homes provides a one-year warranty and a post-closing support process that includes an Initial Homeowner Performance Review approximately two weeks to one month after closing, a six-month check-in, and a 10-month check-in.

Baessler Homes works with lending partners and may offer financing programs, closing-cost assistance, seller concessions, or other incentives on select homes and communities.
